The brainchild of nine-year coffee garden veteran Derek Belnap, 3 Cups is a fresh and modern neighborhood joint for coffee, pastries gelato and libations. Currently brewing beans from Salt Lake City-based blue copper roasters and La Barba and serving salt lake city’s best sweet and savory baked goods made in house by our pastry chefs, Erica Kielcheski and Naomi Brindley.
